Brindavan Gardens is constructed across Krishnarajasagara dam in 1932. This place is one of the prime attractions of Mysuru tourism, which is visited by around 2 million tourists every year. This 60 Acres garden is maintained by Karnataka a Karnataka Government enterprise named Cauvery Niravari Nigama. The Krishnarajasagara dam was engineered by Sir M. Vishveswaraya and is named after Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV. There is also a fruit orchard and two horticultural farms adjoining to this garden.

Tourists get to see plants like Ficus, Duranta plumaria as well as Euphorbia and flowers like Celosia, Marigold and bougainvillea. The dancing fountain with some soothing music and coloured light creates a water ballet that is controlled by aquatic organ controller. Tourists can enjoy this beautiful garden from 6.30 AM to 9 PM on all days and garden lightings will be switched ON from 7 PM to 8 PM. One can enjoy the music fountain from 6.30 to 8.30 on weekends and from 6.30 to 7.30 on weekdays.

A entry fee of Rupees 15 is charged for adults and children’s below 5 to 10 will be charged with an entry fee of Rupees 5. This garden is located in Dam Road, Krishna Raja Sagar Dam Mandya District.
